Melinda's sales journey began when, aged 15, she started attending trade shows with her father. She immediately fell in love with the world of business! However, when she landed her first sales job, her analytical mind, shyness around strangers, and straightforwardness made her somewhat awkward in sales. She made up her mind, right then, to master the art of sales through learning and practice.
Now, aged 43, she has sold all over the world, in a number of different industries, and closed 8 figures in sales.
Five years ago, she founded Women Making Big Sales, with the aim of supporting women business owners as they sell to business and corporate clients.
Looking back to when she started out and the struggles she faced as a woman in the corporate world, Melinda knew she wanted to create a program to help other women business owners sell better and more easily.
Melinda is a mother of two active boys who love hockey, baseball and Lego. She loves being a minimalist and enjoys her coffee, journaling and music every morning!
